A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Consumer Privacy, AI & Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's privacy program and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Act as the subject matter expert for artificial intelligence and support product development
• Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout the product lifecycle and collaborate with the legal team on estate planning products

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant legal experience, focusing on privacy law
• Experience in technology or product development within a legal framework
• Proven track record of managing commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future
