Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to manage civil litigation and workers' compensation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, trials, and drafting legal documents
• Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to clients while maintaining strong client relationships
• Utilize technology to streamline legal processes and ensure compliance with legal standards

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in New York State and in good standing
• General knowledge of insurance law, workers' compensation, and No Fault law
• Proficiency in e-discovery and case management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish under supervision
