Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build legal operations workflows, including a legal request ticketing system and legal knowledge management system
• Oversee daily legal department operations to ensure efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction
• Collaborate with teams to project manage the legal component of major company initiatives requiring legal input

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Legal Operations at high-growth healthcare companies or law firms with a healthcare practice
• Experience building out Legal Operations workflows, including vendor selection and implementation
• Proven ability to manage legal projects and the legal work component of major company initiatives
• Track record of managing outside counsel invoices and budget
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with careful planning
