Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Player Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive key VIP sales metrics to enhance customer engagement and revenue
• Contribute to process improvements and provide coaching to enhance team performance
• Develop and implement sales training programs for the VIP team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Sales
• At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team
• Passion for improving player experience and promoting a positive team environment
• Proven success in implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase revenues
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
