Squadio is a Global Remote-first IT service provider headquartered in Riyadh KSA with Delivery Centers in Egypt and KSA. Our distributed teams are located in Tunisia, Egypt, KSA, Palestine, Nigeria & India. Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join one of our key accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and a strong background in utilizing automation tools like Zapier or workflow automation platforms like Camunda. Additionally, proficiency in business process documentation is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
  • Utilize Zapier or Camunda to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain detailed business process documentation to support product development and implementation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment for minimum of 4 Years.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in using Zapier or Camunda for workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive business process documentation.
