Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Behavioral Health- PRN- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical management and acute assessment of patients in collaboration with psychiatric staff
• Assess patients for acute suicide and violence risk, recommending appropriate levels of care
• Coordinate services and develop Crisis Response Plans while ensuring compliance with practice policies and standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program
• Master's or Doctorate degree required
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in South Dakota, Minnesota, Nevada, or California
• APRN licensure and DEA certification required within specified timeframes post-hire
