Solutions Engineering Enablement Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner to equip internal revenue teams with the necessary knowledge and resources for effective product engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver enablement programs for SE/Solution Specialist GTM teams, including onboarding and ongoing training
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure training content aligns with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
• Analyze enablement performance data to identify gaps and measure program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Enablement, or related roles
• Proven track record of Procore product knowledge
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and training program development
• Expertise in developing and implementing successful training and enablement programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
