Key Responsibilities
  • Complete up to four distinct rotations across various business units, including strategy, finance, and operations
  • Engage in leadership development through mentorship and a tailored curriculum
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance integrated care delivery and innovation
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an MBA or other advanced professional degree program with an expected graduation date in Summer 2026
  • Minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience
  • Demonstrated record of leadership and influence, ideally with senior management experience
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Louisville, KY or Washington, DC for the first rotation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
