Oracle OTL/HR Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle OTL/HR Techno-functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal SMEs to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
• Create functional and technical requirements documents and participate in project-related meetings
• Design, develop, configure, and unit test Oracle enhancements, ensuring proper handover to the support team

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle HR on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Experience delivering solutions for large, complex organizations
• Familiarity with implementing holiday calendars, new elements, eligibility flags, and validation rules
• Experience with TK form personalizations and supporting interfaces out of Oracle HR/OTL
