Agile Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Business Analyst to investigate, document, and deliver process and technology solutions as part of an agile development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate process and technology requirements from business stakeholders
• Facilitate efficient communication between business and technology team members, including managing the product backlog using Agile practices
• Lead agile ceremonies and mentor Business Analysts from other product teams to promote agile adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Development, or related technology roles preferred
• Experience with Agile development preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Orion, and Tamarac
