Branch Manager

• Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and increase market share in the Miami area
• Manage branch operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and resource allocation
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the local business community
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with regional management to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices
• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Knowledge of the Miami market and local business landscape
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
