Associate Branch Manager

• Lead and mentor a team of banking professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies
• Manage branch budgets, sales targets, and key performance indicators
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and improve branch profitability
• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to customers, addressing their unique needs
• Collaborate with regional managers to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
• Ensure the branch maintains a professional appearance and adheres to corporate standards
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve our customers

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions and reporting
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficiency in relevant banking software and tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including day and evening shifts as needed

About the department:
As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
