We are looking for a detailed oriented, execution savvy and meticulous individual to directly support the Chief Customer Success Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at SimplePractice. Your contributions will help our exec team and the employee experience across their functional groups.

Base Compensation Range
$80,000 - $110,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

You’ll be charged with creating a thriving remote work environment for the Customer Success and Marketing teams, generating engaging virtual events, and spearheading in-person gatherings. By improving cross-collab processes, you’ll help our teams communicate better and work more efficiently. You won’t just be behind the scenes; you’ll directly connect our teams to our customers to drive empathy and excitement for our mission. Your knack for organization will shine as you manage exec calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare insightful presentations. If you have over 7 years of experience in executive administration or project management and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to have you on board as we make a significant impact in the health and wellness industry.
