Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on repair orders from external partners via phone and email
• Ensure repair and maintenance services align with manufacturers' recommendations and assess pricing for suggested services
• Analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and negotiate order pricing while issuing purchase orders and explaining procedures

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in Tulsa, OK or surrounding counties
• Must have a minimum of 4 current ASE certifications
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
