Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling and follow-ups
• Assist patients with benefits and insurance information, and conduct surveys
• Enhance patient healthcare experiences through compassionate outreach

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Must provide two monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
