Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist who will support member health journeys through outreach and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact members through outbound calls and emails for Regence Care Management Programs
• Use motivational interviewing techniques to encourage member participation in health-related activities
• Educate members about benefits, tools, and resources for preventive screenings and treatment plan adherence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience in relevant fields
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Preferred: Medical certification such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant
• Preferred: Experience in health plan customer service or health coaching
