• Define and improve core service delivery processes and protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Seven (7) + years of healthcare service delivery or operational experience
• Experience managing customer and supplier relationships
• Familiarity with operational strategies (OEM or ISO) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
