Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for customer trading and system functionality inquiries
• Write detailed user stories for production support items and monitor system performance
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and improve system functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Technologies
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, C++, C#, or .NET
• Experience in the financial and trading industry
• Knowledge of trading systems and software testing
