Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document bugs and improve processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical Degree preferred in Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, or CS
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge of REST API, SSL/TLS, IPv4, JSON, LDAP, and Proxies
  • Experience with Linux, virtualization, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Familiarity with DevOps deployments such as Docker and Kubernetes
