Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the patient insurance authorization and medical documentation process
• Resolve inquiries from patients, medical offices, and insurance companies
• Lead the Patient Access team to achieve performance metrics and goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates Degree in Healthcare, Medical Office, Management, or related field; Bachelor's preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or customer service
• 1-2 years of team leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance treatment authorization and/or precertification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
