Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Refill Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patients' medication orders for safety and appropriateness, making evidence-based interventions
• Oversee medication preparation and delivery, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication adherence and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• License to practice pharmacy in the state of practice and dispense controlled substances
• Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Immunization certification if applicable to practice site needs
• Experience in retail pharmacy or health system pharmacy preferred
