Group Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Enrollment Representative to manage eligibility processing and customer inquiries in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle eligibility processing and resolve customer inquiries while meeting production and quality metrics
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships to ensure successful program implementation
• Evaluate eligibility of certificate holders for enrollment and ensure compliance with policyholder contracts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proficient in using personal computers and Microsoft applications
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection
• Knowledge of eligibility requirements and applicable federal/state laws is preferred
• Demonstrates sound judgment and flexibility in a production environment
