Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Partnership Manager to lead sales relationships with state associations and third-party businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a data-driven roadmap to guide revenue growth and industry innovation
• Manage and deepen existing high-level partnerships to support long-term strategic vision
• Own the lifecycle of key partners, identifying opportunities for mutual success

Required Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of experience in partnership sales or relationship management with high school associations in the U.S
• Proven track record in business development, contract negotiation, and go-to-market strategies
• Experience developing and implementing successful long-term business plans and strategies
• Deep knowledge of the youth and high school sports market
• Strong network within high school associations is a plus
