Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to create high-quality proposals that enhance client win rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Directors to create professional proposals that meet client requirements
• Write client-specific proposal content and participate in client calls and proposal defense meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams for comprehensive proposals and maintain the proposal library and database

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, STEM, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience preparing technical documentation and presentations
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry is helpful
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in fast-paced, international team environments
