Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to support its Finance & Accounting operations in a remote, temporary role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions, including vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Maintain, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts in accordance with GAAP
• Assist in month-end close activities and prepare balance sheet reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A.) in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive experience in an accounting function
• Experience with month-end close procedures and deliverables
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency required; experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Adaptive, or Workday preferred
• Independent self-starter with strong organizational skills
