Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Escalation to oversee its accounts receivable department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of accounts receivable specialists, ensuring high performance and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the accounts receivable process and improve cash flow
• Monitor key performance indicators related to accounts receivable and address any deviations from targets

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, focusing on accounts receivable
• Certification such as AAHAM Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS), Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP), or HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) is a plus
• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• In-depth knowledge of medical billing processes and healthcare payer policies
