A company is looking for a Property Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly bank statement reconciliations
• Understand and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Manage, analyze, and audit the general ledger

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
• Property accounting experience is strongly preferred
• Experience using Yardi is a plus
