Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their dynamic e-commerce team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and reconcile sales transactions from multiple e-commerce platforms into accounting software
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and e-commerce platform payouts
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports and maintaining organized digital records

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (e-commerce experience preferred)
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
