Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Sales Representative - Retirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and closing deals to meet sales targets
• Engage with clients to assess their business needs and present tailored Paychex Retirement solutions through virtual interactions
• Utilize technology tools to track sales activities and collaborate with team members on lead referrals for other products

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two years of relevant sales or sales management experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Less than one year of relevant experience with Paychex and completion of required training programs
