A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth in performance marketing and HRA.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients across hospitals and health systems
• Own outreach strategy and execution using a multi-channel approach
• Track and analyze outreach performance to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or pipeline-generation role, preferably in healthcare, martech, or SaaS
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
• Strong business acumen to understand prospects' goals and align them with solutions
• Comfortable with CRM and outreach platforms
• Bonus: Experience selling into marketing departments at hospitals or health systems
