• 5+ years of experience in crypto/DeFi business development
• Proven track record in liquidity partnerships and DeFi integrations
• Established network with traders, funds, and DeFi protocols
• Deep understanding of DeFi primitives and derivatives trading
• Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to business development
