Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Associate for Emerging Small Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the renewal process by preparing documentation, updating CRM records, and tracking key dates
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure timely progress of renewals and gather necessary inputs
• Assist in generating quotes, reviewing contracts, and coordinating internal approvals

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Sales Operations, or Customer Experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B
• Strong organizational skills and experience with spreadsheets and contract tracking
• Interest in building a career in customer success, renewals, or sales strategy
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
