Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Risk Sr Manager to lead the development and execution of their Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the firm's GRC tool strategy for enterprise-wide risk management
• Own and maintain the enterprise risk taxonomy, ensuring consistent application across risk programs
• Oversee the alignment and integrity of risk data across systems and reporting structures

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant risk management experience in Financial Services
• Deep knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and regulatory expectations (OCC, FRB, FDIC)
• Strong understanding of data governance, risk systems, and business entity structures
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
