Manager of Issues Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Issues Management & ERM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Issues Management function and supporting governance documents
• Provide oversight and challenge to enterprise-wide risk issues and develop reporting for transparency
• Assist in executing ERM initiatives and ensure effective remediation of findings and supervisory matters

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of risk, audit, or regulatory experience in the operational risk discipline within the financial industry
• Previous experience in building and/or overseeing an issues management function
• Experience working with or as a bank regulator
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and possess strong business acumen
• Relationship management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
