Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Control & Risk Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive risk culture and ensure adherence to risk frameworks, policies, and standards
• Conduct risk assessments, issue identification, and manage remediation efforts within established timelines
• Implement and maintain internal control testing and monitor the effectiveness of controls in the Business Line

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in risk management within the financial services sector
• Advanced knowledge of retail banking products and operational risk identification practices
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments, including BSA/AML and OFAC regulations
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to influence business executives
• In-depth research and analysis skills for interpreting complex data and industry trends
