• Strong writing skills with a portfolio demonstrating effective copy for landing pages and ads
• Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with tools such as GA, Hotjar, or Unbounce
• Understanding of conversion psychology and user journey design
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
