Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join their Marketing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure error-free campaign deployment and streamline processes
• Conduct research and development for new marketing platform features and present findings to the team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and dynamic scripting languages like Ampscript
• Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus or Return Path
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
