Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes for U.S. and international employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles for U.S. and international employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Partner with HR to incorporate new hires, terminations, and compensation changes into payroll runs
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and coordinate issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, including international payroll and working with EORs
• Familiarity with multi-country compliance requirements and payroll systems
• Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and its connection to payroll
• Experience with Quickbooks Online and month-end general ledger close
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or global remote environment is a plus
