Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized tax advisory services focusing on strategic planning and compliance
• Support the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulations
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and address tax-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required
• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and advisory services for SMB clients
• Strong understanding of IRS and state-level tax laws and filing requirements
• Proficiency with modern tax preparation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
