Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle semi-monthly payroll processing across multiple subsidiaries
• Support month-end close processes by recording payroll transactions and preparing reports
• Design and implement scalable processes to enhance payroll operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a payroll function, preferably in a public company environment
• Experience with multi-state payrolls for over 1,000 employees
• Detailed knowledge of payroll compliance and state/federal employment laws/regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; advanced Excel skills preferred
