Accounting and Finance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting and FinOps Lead to manage core accounting operations and enhance financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in finance/accounting roles with a strong operational focus
• Proven experience in billing, invoicing, expense, and payroll management
• Strong background in financial systems management and process automation
• Passion for building accounting and finance as a data-driven, strategic function
• SQL experience and CPA certification preferred but not required
