A company is looking for an Associate, Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Track resource requests and allocations, ensuring all RM tools are updated
• Run resourcing meetings with department leads and partner with staffing leads for talent assignment
• Monitor staffing data and recommend solutions for improved efficiency and utilization

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in resource management, project management, or operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a dynamic setting with evolving structures and processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Solid Excel skills for report updates, data analysis, and insights identification
• Previous experience in project management is a plus
