• Proven ability to lead large-scale research projects with minimal oversight
• Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience with analytical software such as SPSS and survey programming tools like Qualtrics
• Bonus for advanced degree and skills in data visualization or slide design
