Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Research Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design surveys and experiments, including writing questionnaires and developing sampling criteria
• Program surveys and manage data collection, ensuring accuracy and coordination with vendors
• Analyze data and write reports that clearly communicate research findings and methodologies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completed PhD, Master's, or MBA in marketing, business, sensory science, or a research-based social science
• Academic or professional experience in survey research, marketing, consumer psychology, or sensory science
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in R, SPSS, or similar software
• Experience programming surveys using Qualtrics or other survey programming tools
• Ability to manage research projects and coordinate with team members effectively
