Job Summary

A company is looking for an Afghanistan Researcher to assist in the collection, review, and management of political violence and protest data across Afghanistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data by reviewing news and reports related to political violence and protests
• Review and manage data to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability
• Participate in extensive training and submit regular reports on findings

Required Qualifications

• University degree in international relations, political science, conflict studies, or related field
• Familiarity with Excel
• Fluency in English and Dari
• Research focus or professional experience in conflict research or peace-building in Afghanistan
• An in-depth understanding of conflict dynamics and relevant actors in Afghanistan
