Operations Training Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Training Partner to lead training and coaching initiatives within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees execution of Team Member and Manager training within the territory
• Facilitates training for new Shack openings and provides feedback on training materials
• Partners with Area Directors on action planning and develops trainers for growth

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• 3-5 years of work experience in a hospitality environment
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• 1+ years of experience facilitating training in a multi-unit hospitality setting
• 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
