A company is looking for a COBRA Carrier Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of COBRA and Direct Bill functions and serve as an internal resource for troubleshooting
• Communicate with internal departments and carriers to resolve account discrepancies and manage case escalations
• Identify trends to enhance experiences for employers, consultants, partners, and vendors while creating efficiencies in processes
