A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead its lifecycle marketing program and manage a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of four, setting priorities and fostering collaboration
• Build and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs to drive awareness, conversion, and retention
• Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across multiple channels

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing in a B2C environment
• 2+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead a high-performing team
• Demonstrated success running omni-channel lifecycle campaigns
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable recommendations
