Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Search Manager to scale and optimize search marketing programs across Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management
• Manage and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency
• Develop and execute a testing roadmap to improve results and manage a product catalog feed of over 5,000 SKUs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing large-scale paid search programs in-house
• Proven track record with Google Ads and feed management tools
• Experience managing large product catalogs with a focus on data integrity
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with analytics tools
• Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign segmentation
