Key Responsibilities

• Manage the research cycle, including designing surveys, conducting data analysis, and presenting insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer insights initiatives and drive activation
• Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators and support ad hoc research projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or analytics roles
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with survey platforms required
• Strong analytical skills with experience in survey design and data interpretation
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system preferred
